Data processing — Credit application form

PURPOSE: Processing of user enquiries to apply for loans through the basic contact form with the banking entities available on the website.

LEGAL BASIS: Consent and acceptance for sending to the lending entity the data contained in the forms (name, email and phone).
RETENTION PERIOD: 24-month renewable periods.
USER RIGHTS: The user has the right to access, delete and modify their data whenever they consider it appropriate, as well as to oppose its processing or limit its use.

In accordance with Andorran Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection and Decree 391/2022 of 28 September approving the Implementing Regulation, we inform Motoraldia USERS that the personal data collected for credit enquiries will be processed by the Data Controller and forwarded to the bank to answer the request.

User data will be processed to manage their account and to provide the requested services regarding loan applications for the vehicles listed on Motoraldia. Motoraldia is not directly involved in credit management: it acts as a link between USERS and partner banks.

Motoraldia and the partner banks may contact USERS by email or phone using the data voluntarily provided. The legal basis for processing is the execution of the contractual relationship and the acceptance of the Terms of Contracting.

The USER may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, processing and/or limitation, as well as the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, by contacting the data controller at info@motoraldia.net.

Data is kept for 24-month renewable periods. Every two years Motoraldia may notify registered USERS to delete their account if they no longer use the services.

If the USER cannot exercise their rights, they may file a claim with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).

User data will be processed to manage their customer account and to provide the services offered by Motoraldia, helping registered USERS be contacted by potential buyers. Motoraldia acts as a showcase and contact website between sellers and buyers.

The USER declares that the data provided is true and accurate. In case of inaccurate or false data, MOTORALDIA is released from any liability. Data will be processed only for the purposes described.
